DELIVERY All our prices are in Danish Kroner and Euro incl. 25% VAT. We aim to deliver your goods within 3 days to CARRIAGE TIME If we are sending a parcel in the Priority mail stream to Denmark’s major trading partners in Europe it will normally arrive within 5-7 working days. If the contents of the parcel require customs clearance for a country outside the EU you should expect it to take an extra working day. Insured parcels: We ship internationally using national postal services with Track & Trace. Uninsured letters: We ship internationally using national letter postal services. Cheaper but without insurance. We do not deliver on weekends. POSTAGE (all prices shown incl. VAT) * Denmark (maxi letter) 20 DKK (minimum charge for 1 t-shirt) * Denmark (parcel) 50 DKK * European Union (maxi letter): 35 DKK (minimum charge for 1 t-shirt) * European Union (parcel): 160 DKK * Rest of the world (parcel): 200 DKK PAYMENT We accept the following credit cards: Dankort, eDankort, VISA & VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB. Your payment is send via your credit card using an encrypted SSL-line, and it’s only PBS that can read them. Neither our company nor other people will be able to retract or read your data. Your money is not withdrawn until your goods are sent. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then VAT will be deducted at the checkout stage and this will be shown on your invoice. If your order is being dispatched to a country which is a member state of the EU then the total price will include VAT at the current rate. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY You have the right of regretting your purchase within 14 days activated from the day you received your goods. Please enclose along with your goods, a written description af name and address. Your return right is not withstanding if the goods are not returned in the same condition as they were sent to you. Please note that returns are at your own expense. Please return the goods safely in a box, original wrapping is not substantial and must not be used as wrapping. You will always have the right to deny receiving when the post service brings you the parcel. In that case we will cancel your order when the parcel has returned to us. Therefore please remember to save the wrapping until you’re sure that you are keeing your purchase. You have 24 months to voice a complaint on our products bought on this webshop.
